I’m currently reading the Maze Runner series; I’m on the first right now. It’s sooo good!!!

I’m on the last maze runner book. I think the series is amazing.

I’m currently reading The Flight Girls by Noelle Salazar, Midnight Sun by Stephenie Meyer, The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware, Thirst by Christopher Pike, and The Vampire Diaries: Dark Reunion by L. J. Smith. (Yes, I know it’s a lot of books)

Memiors of a Geisha, Everything Leads to You, and 花開時節, and all of them are boring me to death... Not bad reads, but slooooow.... 😴

Currently reading Scorch Trials and Guinevere Deception. I’m liking them so far.

what is the one in Chinese? I recognize "Flower" and the last character, but I forget what it means.

"The Time Flowers Open", roughly! Sorry, I'm a horrible translator 😹!

花 is flower as you said, 開 is open (so it means bloom here), 時 is time, 節 is like a season or a festival, so here it references to a period of time... Ahh, Chinese is hard!!

This is why I failed Mandarin even after doing it for four years.

Is it like, "the period of blooming" kind of?

I'm reading through the Harry Potter series for the first time (I'm on book 3). I'm also reading Angela Davis' autobiography (which is not an easy read) and Fingersmith. I just finished the ACOTAR books, and CANNOT WAIT for January!!

I'm really enjoying HP, despite JK being an awful human.
