Shay (shaylyn318) | 66 comments I'm doing a challenge this year and one of the things I have to read is love triangle. Now I really don't want to read YA. I find YA romance to usually be very juvenile and I just can't stand reading it. If there was a good one(Loved Eleanor and Park) I am willing to read it but would prefer an adult book if possible. Something I can get either from the library or for just a few dollars on my Kindle.

Abigail Sharpe (abigailsharpe) | 2010 comments Is your definition of a love triangle something like the heroine has two viable and equal choices for a hero?

... And I'm trying to think of one. :)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments I'm not really fond of the "love triangle," either. One reason I don't read a lot of YA. Sorry, Shay. I'll let you know if I think of something.

I already have Just One of the Guys by Kristan Higgins on my Nook. Thanks.

I'm with Lisa, love triangles drive me nuts. Sugar Daddy, is the best recommendation I've seen here. Loved it, despite the love triangle

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments Yes, Sugar Daddy gets my vote. Even though I loved the Friday Harbor series, that book I posted above (#2) is one I just skimmed, because I really, really don't like this theme.

Sarah Hegger (sarahhegger) I gotta say I love everything Lisa Kleypas writes

Me, too. She got around the theme in this one quite nicely, too, (view spoiler) I thought -- and still (view spoiler)

Sarah Hegger (sarahhegger) After I finished Sugar Daddy, you can bet I hunted down Blue-Eyed Devil.

Shay (shaylyn318) | 66 comments Sound like I'm going to have to read Sugar Daddy.

Heather Monroe | 3 comments The love triangles to. Have you tried Shelly Crane books? Some are YA but they are good ones.

Introductions (The Ghost Bird, #1) by C.L. Stone Introductions
This has several love triangles. It's a young adult series thought. 7 guys end up falling for the same girl. And they end up trying to share her to remain a team in The Academy.

Roberta2 | 17 comments This discussion is an old one, but if you are looking for an historical love triangle, there is The Duke's Wager (Bessacarr, #1) by Edith Layton by Edith Layton.
