Philip Hemplow | 8 comments Hi all. I'm doing the rounds at the moment, letting people know that I have a new book out, and it wouldn't do to miss out you fine folk. :-)

Ashes is a ghost story set squarely within the expanded borders of H.P.Lovecraft's pulp horror Mythos. It concerns a mother fighting to free her son from prison, who is forced to take a job restoring a ruined house on the North York Moors. After discovering a dead body buried in the rubble, she follows clues that shed a gruesome light on the fate of the original house - and quickly finds that not everyone who is supposed to be dead has managed to stay that way.

If you've read my previous stuff, you'll have some idea what to expect! Please consider giving it a whirl if it sounds like your kind of thing.

Thanks!
