I think it would be too much to have a spreadsheet since we have a mix of readers unlike the normal groups. It would probably be easier to just claim letters when posting reviews/in here.

And I like the idea of a spreadsheet, it's easier to keep track.
Also how would people feel if we didn't claim letters until we were ready to post (book read & reviewed)? I've had issues in the past where people kept claiming letters and would either not finish the book or just take all of the letters. This would also help with getting through the puzzles faster if we're only claiming once we're done instead of planning for a letter and then waiting to complete. Just a thought :)
I agree about not claiming letters until it's read and ready to post. That's why I'm not sure why we would need a spreadsheet since we aren't claiming things in advance, but if someone wants to make it, go for it!
The only good thing about having the SS is that you wouldn't have to search through the review thread to find what letters we used already. Unless someone posts everyday what letters are available.
Personally I think a ss is a good thing, but yeah in previous years I've had problems with people not being considerate of other people with claiming letters.
Poison Study Shadow Kiss Crown of Midnight Blood Promise Spirit Bound Last Sacrifice Thats my plans for august. Hopefully I can add some more to it Ive been in an awful reading slump but im so excited to get reading again
I like the SS mostly to keep track of what I'm reading. I think like Hannah said it will be easier to know what letters are available and use the SS for that. We claim when we post and mark off the letter so we don't have to go back through new posts and figure out what's left!
I made this real quick... thoughts? The most important part is being able to track the letters, the second tab is totally optional (I just like to keep all my books organized so don't feel obligated to use it lol)https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...

I love the spreadsheet! It will keep thins so much more organized! I’m going to try my best to finish all my owned books in August.
