Addicted to YA discussion

I should be asleep, but this is really bothering me! I recently (or maybe not) read a book that had a scene where three friends (two girls and a boy) would meet at a coffee shop (with weird things in it) and sit at a back table. The one who had the worst day would throw their hand on the table and say 'Ollie Ollie oxen free'. I cannot figure out what book this is!! Please please help! :) Thanks
