It really depends on you :) these are quick reads for me Aug.15? a week? is that enough time for you??

Sorry, I was traveling and there was no VPN, so I couldn't go on Goodreads :(
I got too sucked into the book, so I accidentally finished it...
and no worries!! I finished it as well :) and same!! I got sucked into it I read it in 2 days xD
what did you think of it?
I would rate it a four out of five stars. It was really cute, and a great book, just nothing TOO special. I really liked how Kate was very introverted, she had her passions (motorized lake vehicles), but then when she started the podcast, she started to change. Well not really, but she found something else that she loved to do. Comparing her first podcast recording and some of the last ones, you could see how she developed. In the beginning, she was being forced, and she really didn't want to do the podcast. By the end, she was having fun and learning things. She found herself enjoying giving people advice, and she even changed what she wanted to do in college. Kate is so oblivious to the fact that Diego liked HER though. Also, it was really sad how Kate didn't read the magazine till the end. Overall, I thought that book was a very cute, pretty quick read, and fast-paced High School romance.
I gave it a 4-4.5 stars! It was a cute read :)Thank you btw for buddy reading this with me!!
I really liked the character growth of Kate as well! It's cool to see her open up and be more extrovert.
I liked this cuz I felt it wasn't too cliche, dramatic or cheesy.
For me, one of the highlights were the family dynamic and the friendship :D I love how the love triangle didn't break them. It shows how strong the friendship is.
Also!!! I liked how the author incorporated the issue of bullying. She well addressed it and gave amazing advice!

And I love the concept of friendship and family that was incorporated too.
