Thank you both! I’m starting to feel better. I have Maybe This Time, Daisy Jones & The Six, Truly Devious, and Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man to add to the spreadsheet. All of them can be used for scavenger. I’m working through The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires and Hocus Pocus & The All New Sequel. I should have The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires done tomorrow.

How does it work with BOTM? I just leave comments in the discussion thread for the book? do I mark it somewhere in the tracking sheet?

Coraline by Neil Gaimen. Anything on my 5 star book shelf (not sure on all the page counts but it might be easy to browse :) ), A Clockwork Orange is my favorite book. What kind of books do you like? :)

I basically read anything, but mostly I love thrillers, crime and mystery

I'd rec The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware but that's more than 300 pages :b

But I actually just rememebered that there is a ARO book I still need to read and review, I'll read that next. I probably will be able to squeeze in 3 more books in total until round 2 is over, I hope that's enough..

sorry ive so far behind on reading .. with halloween , Covid /school, and the election, im hoping to get back on track ASAP.

hey y'all! I had to restore an 'older' version of our planning sheet (from yesterday I think) because our scavenger hunt column had gone missing, so if any of you added any info about your books I'm afraid you have to do that again! (I don't think any new books had been added though, except for three of Sally's, who I've already messaged)

Okey dokey I have added 5 books with lists lines 24 thru 29 I hope it works THIS time:).

I'm almost done with my second book, probably will finish it in the next hour.
My next read will actually be a graphic novel as I have to read it for a project we are doing. It's only 152 pages, so idk if it'll be helpful at all

I have 6 books to add. I’m going to try to get them on between tonight and tomorrow. Things have just been freaking nuts.

I finished the book I put in the spreadsheet (All that remains..). If someone could put in the date 11/6 that'd be great. Won't get to my laptop until Sunday

Just put the date in for you, it let me do it from the app :)

Ive had a really crap couple of days with my 13 year old son, got himself into alot of trouble so my heads been pickled, ill start another book tonight or tomorrow xx

So Sorry Kristy, Teenagers can be hard to understand and break your heart but they do grow up eventually and they give you GRANDCHILDREN! That is, if you can keep from killing them out of frustration😉

Aww thanks, yep heart broken is definitely how i am feeling right now!! Just gotta keep going tho and just pray he has learnt his lesson xx

Posting problems😢The book Apple Turnover murders line 28- by Joanne Fluke--pages 319 or 391-- the characters and scavenger show up but not the others. If I tap on the two to four times they show up temporarily--S-t-r-a-n-g-e. the other book is Nacho Average Murder same problem??????? I think my computer hates me😢Nacho goes on line 31 and was written by Maddie Day and has 289 pages if any one can fix it.

everything seems to be there, Sally! the short Nacho Average Murder lines just didn't show up because there were so many sacavenger words (which is AMAZING) and that cell was so huge!
did you finish anything else since Oct 18? :)

I started yesterday. I'll finish that and my graphic novel by the end of round two. Don't know if I can squeeze in one more book, really depends on wether this book is a fast-pace read

Just had a quick minute to add two of the six books I'm behind on getting in the planning spreadsheet. I also made a meal of green tea with one of the books, so that one is added to the final spreadsheet. I will work on getting the others added tomorrow. I'm hoping to still finish about 3 books before the round ends, but we shall see. I don't think I'll be getting IT done like I wanted to. I'm going to focus on some other books so I can make sure I meet my reading goal for the year as well. :)

Hello Everybody! If I haven't messed up I should have 10 books done on the planning page, that is as far as I know what to do. I had been reading a book a day, but am averaging only four a week when I take time to write things down. with having to fast read books I read (red) but didn't record items, it is less than that right now. I hope what I could do helps our team! Read On!😎
P.S. I dislike words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently. Just whose bright idea was that!😒

You are awful lol But don't start with Revival! It definitely doesn't seem to be a typical Stephen King book yet, and there are so many better books of his that new King-readers should start with.

My favourite is still The Stand, it was the first of his that i read and non others have beenbetter in my opinion!!

So I will have Fahrenheit 451 and Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging done today. I’m still working through Hocus Pocus and a few others.

EDIT: nevermind, I just saw you added your book to the Round 1 tab, so we already have the info! and you gave us 13 ingredients that we can work with which works out great since Fire and Ash can be used 12 times :)

ehh, at this point I don't know if I wanna read any more books by him. I can do without sexist behaviour :)

oops sorry didn't know I was putting it in the wrong spot.

I just got all my books added, but I did not have time to make any meals. I apologize that some of them are formatted oddly when it comes to the food list. I could not get it to copy in any other way, without making the cells even bigger. I did not include characters with most of my books because it is too difficult for me to keep track of all the characters when I'm listening to the audio, that is what I have been doing a lot of lately. There are plenty of food items to choose from :) Two of my books do have Bamboo as an ingredient, one has mushroom as well!

I just added Left Drowning it had some different foods in it,.

Yay! Thank you for whoever has been putting meals together, this round has just been crazy for me. I’m hoping to have The Lady's Guide to Celestial Mechanics done today and one small (2 ingredient) book done tomorrow!

That’s true! Everything is good, just my health issues giving me problems with the weather change and everything. Making it hard to get out of bed most days. But I’m pushing through :) hope everything is good with everyone else as well!

Uni got in the way, don't know if I can finish another book by Saturday after all. I will try, depending on how much I have to do tomorrow

No probs at all!! Weve done loads better than last round and ill try and power through a few shorter books and hopefully get coffees etc.. out of them to get a few more meals!! Xxx

I'm thinking about reading The Complete Persepolis again, it has over 300 pages but as it's a graphic novel it's quite a quick read. So if we still need something by Saturday, before it ends, I can power through it within an hour or two
