Although, heads up I might not be reading much the first few days. Partly due to recovering from this month, lol. And partly because I will be taking care of my grandmother who is having surgery this weekend.

I'm hoping to get some manga done. Just have to figure out what ones. Maybe Vampire Knight?

Definitely some manga!! Got to get through some of these series' I've had for years now lol. But I no longer have Vampire Knight. I liked to but it didn't have much re-read value for me. One day I might give it another go but not ready yet.

I kind of feel the same way about Vampire Knight. I can re-read up to the first few volumes but then it gets weird and I haven't even been able to finish it!

Also did you see the really cute puppy fairy on the bonus fairy thread? He winks! I tried the other one but the giph failed to load.

So far the manga I think I might try are and but honestly none are really calling to me. :(

I am in this group to read 100 manga or other graphic novels in a year and I am way behind. Bonus goal for September is yellow covers. SO figure the title and cover is a must. :)

What and where? I could use a rec if it is available to me. I just finished Cinderella and the Four Knights which was modern and enjoyable.

I don't like shonen. :( The only exception I've found was Bleach I think it was because it was more fantasy based than shonen.

The Victorian England ones seems interesting. I might try that if I can find a copy. :)

Sadly it was one I had tried before and didn't like.

I finally caved and a bought a subscription to viki. It's was the best choice I ever made.

I tend to watch historical fictions? Do you like those?

I am not a big shonen fan myself. It's fine once in a while but not my main thing. I just don't know many other historical manga either.

Oh actually I have a 'modern' one that you might like. Do you like music and idols?

Me either. I'm just in a historical kick and it's hard to find Asian themed books/manga/dramas that have plots I like and I haven't read/watched

I like a variety. I have more patience with historical watching vs reading.
Music and Idols? A drama? Sure!

The Crowned Clown (both tv show and movie are good the movie is a bit more adult)

Ones I'm currently watching/are airing so I don't know how they end but I'm enjoying them:

I'll have to see which of these I have access to. Probably not this week with finishing MMC, and then heading out of town, but when I get back. :)

I'll look into viki then. :) I don't care about ads. I get them on hulu already lol.

It's all fan subbed so it can be really fast or slow depending on the popularity. All the ones I recommended except the currently watching on on there and are all complete and subbed. :)

I think a few of them are on Netflix too. One is hard because the title changes on various sites.

Hi guys! I won’t be reading as much this month, since uni is starting again & I took up a lot of extra classes 😅 Excited for this challenge though!

Hi guys! I don't have much reading plans for September. 2 BR's, a few chuncksters and maybe a light book. Don't know yet :)

Checking in and also excited that there are some other manga lovers in the house! I'm currently reading Boys over Flowers (because Meteor Garden on Netflix was amazing) and getting ready to simultaneously read Yona of the Dawn (because the anime was great but stops in the middle so I must discover what happens!!!)

No problem Jamie. I'm back to work so my 50 a month will drop to around 30.

I hope all goes well with your grandma.

Me and crystal have a few buddies planned, we have cut back this month but we might add more....okay we probably will add more we always do.

After this month September is a nice chilled month so just read for fun guys. We have a strong team.

Saar I've had a lot of spare time but it's ending this week. I'm looking forward to getting back to normal but I'm going to miss the extra reading time.
