You know what...I was thinking the deadline was Friday...whew!
I cranked out another 10 meals or so. Calling it a night.
Really need to get the blanks filled in for ingredients, page or loc #s so we can finish meals. If we can get that caught up by tomorrow we can focus on finishing. Probably should indicate here if we have only a certain time to avoid being on top of each other.
Thanks everyone...

I was just going to look to see when this round ended! I have been stressed out about getting my meals done. I have had some big deadlines at work this week so haven't been able to get to it. Glad we have a couple of days.

I still have 3 books' foods to add, so I'll do my meals tomorrow. Meantime, if anyone is creative and likes gourmet foods such as escargot etc. feel free to make a meal or use my items if you need to make something with any.

watermelon
legume
ube

we've done a few spellouts with this...lots of watermelon ingredients. More the better.

I'll leave the sheet alone for awhile and then check in again in a few hours. I have very little time tomorrow until the evening.

I used one of Vicki's E's to finish, but there is one left -> Did I mention I love you. Unfortunately there are 7 left.
Shannon, Jenny, Ann all still have books being read.
I can fill in the area reserved for spell out with a book if needed...but anyone can feel free if you have a good one. I don't think we'll need it for spellout.
Ann...line 134 What was once true...there is no data entered.

I entered the data. I will try and make some more meals today. my schedule is not as busy.

5 left: C, U, S, Q, M, M, H, B, V, M, G, P, J, G, F, R
2 left: R, Z, Q, L, J, M, J, S, F, R, S, L
1 left: W, D, S, Y
4 left: A, C, B, D, T, H, N, S, T
6 left: C, H, N, B, K, F, O, D, O, I, T, K, J, M, T, O
7 left: M, E, M, T, B, J, C, E, R, D
6 left: T, R, J, H, F, Q
Some possible choices that I've found so far with just using limited vowels in a word to make more meals and using UBE once but haven't had enough time to dive in are...
UBE, FISH, OYSTER, GYRO, SHRIMP, CRAB, EGG, CORN, CURRY, GRITS, JAM, JELLY,

For desserts, yes you can just spell out the whole dessert name...I did that on a few.
I'm not sure how much energy I have left today...Will see if anyone is working, but I'm probably going to bed early. It's been a very busy week.
Glad you got the letters sorted...so the main thing on spell out is to be sure whatever you spell that the minimum number is there for that recipe...ie you could spell just 'ube' for pasta because the min is 3, but not for a sandwich or salad because those are 4 and 5.
I have another book...I'll add that 1st...I didn't keep track when I was listing so it might take me a bit to finish.

Vicki - The following books have no recorded data for scavenger items or spellout...prefer scavenger unless you have a u or other vowels
line 158- White out
line 163 - Julia
line 165 - Sunday's at Tiffany's
Now the data I had entered for Singularity has disappeared as well...so hopefully it's not a same situation. Maybe we can retrieve/find it.

If I'm in your way let me know.
Vicki has 3 books with no data...I'll see what I can find...each book must be used for at least one ingredient to be counted in the challenge.

Ann: The Moonstone on lines 24 and 33
Ann: Last Train to Istanbul on lines 40 and 23
The page numbers are different so I really feel it's different books that have been named the same by accident but it's messing up the numbers over here.

Thanks

With DBLs we just have to name #2 a bit different.
Also...it really helps just to copy the first 3 fields in the books read tab and paste them in the meals creating tab.

If time allows, I hope we can make the maximum number we can make. I requested more spaces yesterday...I don't think they provided yet. Last round we made what was given and ended up not maxing out...it cost us points vs other teams.

Ann: The Moonstone on lines 24 and 33
Ann: Last Train to Istanbul on lines 40 and 23
The page numbers are different so I really feel it's different books that have been na..."
I fixed line 40. The book linked was wrong. The other book listed for moonstone 2 isn't my book. I checked the count and I have all my books listed. I only read 18 this round and there are 19 in the file. I tried to figure out who the book might belong to based on how they filled out the food words. I think it might be Shannon's book. I am still trying to figure it out.

Anna and I tag teamed to get it done.
Our customers are here...we have 210 customers...so we'll get to carry over 12 meals this time :)
Thanks to all for a tremendous amount of reading...our book totals go to 100 for this last round...4 weeks to complete.
If everyone is OK with it at about the 2 week mark, I'm going to ask that anyone complete meals using anyone's ingredients. Too many last minute hours was not a positive and I'm sure we were on top of each other trying to finish.
PLEASE cross out or note if you use an ingredient.
If we have spellouts...there really should be a plan for words at the get go if at all possible. Let's chat here so we can work together to get those figured out.
Thanks again everyone!

Need to carry over 12 so save a combo of frozen, desserts or alcoholic bev for that.

"instagram", "chic", or "trendy"
If you find them, please put them in the scavenger section...maybe list them first. I think there is more information coming on this...I don't remember when/how we got our score last time.
