Happy reading, Lieke💜

What’s your sister’s manuscript about?

message 3: by Lieke (new)

Lieke | 1723 comments Thank you Jonetta :)

She is writing a YA Fantasy trilogy, this is book 2 and I really liked book 1 so I'm very curious how it will continue.
Book 1 hasn't been published, she wants to finish all three books first before she is going to try to get them published.

Smart plan! Be sure to let us know when she’s ready to publish. We want all the details.

message 5: by Lieke (new)

Lieke | 1723 comments I will, but she is writing in dutch, so I don't know if anyone else will be able to read them if she gets published :)

Lieke | 1723 comments I'm enjoying the Netgalley audiobooks I got, I'm listening to books I otherwise might never have heard of.
I finished Athena's Choice by Adam Boostrom, A SF about a world without men.
And now I have an ARC for The Original by Brandon Sanderson and Mary Robinette Kowal, another SF story.

message 16: by Lieke (new)

Lieke | 1723 comments And I already finished The Original, another great SF story (only around 4 hours of listening).

Now listening to the final book in the Cockleberry Bay series, I didn't like book 1 but book 2 was a bit better. And since there are only 3 books in the series I now want to finish the series :)
I'm glad I didn't have to buy the books but can listen to them through my library.
