Chris (2manyhounds) I read this probably in the very early 80's. The protagonist is a female thief, is in a thieves guild, spends a lot of time on roof tops. I seem to remember she steals from or for a Cloud King. My memory vibe says this took place in a London type of city in the low rent districts. All help is greatly appreciated.
