You really just have to click on the link for the Sign-up Page, and answer all the questions on that form. Your 'posting URL' is just the web address for the site where you will be logging your readathon activity (for example, the topic you set up in the For the Blogless) folder. Also, signing up is optional. You can participate whether you sign up officially or not.
