The $1.99 is the whispersync price if you already own the ebook.

Joan: Not true. $1.99 is the price, period. It is also whispersynced if you HAPPEN to own the Kindle ebook. Really, they're $1.99 each without any catches.

I've gifted many of the audiobooks to people. They never had to get the ebook. I had my husband get them so we could check how the downloads go. No need to have the ebooks.

I'm happy to gift you, Deedra. I'm just puzzled at the price. I see the $1.99 on the full list of my books. Special offer and all. Of course, when I go to my book page, it doesn't say anything other than I already own it.

Nevertheless, I've got plenty of coupons for anybody who'd like one. Maybe you'd like to get the ebook to go with. Those are all $2.99 on Amazon and $2.50 at Smashwords.

Are you all Audible members? If so, then I can see why only the regular price shows. You'd usually buy with your credits.

I didn't want to join myself because I do have coupons for giveaways, and it gets sort of muddled to have both.
