I would rather die than be immortal and fortunately the concept of dying is a good one and one that shall come for me eventually

Hey everyone - there’s a beautiful new Poet named Karaline Alessia out of Canada. She’s releasing a curated collection of poems today (Jan 29th). Her book is called “Love and Other Anxieties”. Honestly, in this Covid-19 world things are hard enough as it is. I read a bunch of her stuff and it’s inspiring. Throughout the course of my life, writing has been my coping mechanism, writing about people and things that happened with me, and how I wish things could have been, gave me this sense of power and freedom.
Every time I write, I feel like I broke the chains of my chaotic silence.
