The poem is about my NDE (Near Death Experience) and what I learnt from the incident.
We Are All Cinemas is taken from The Empirical Observations of Algernon (vol. III) by Iain Cameron Williams, to be published in December, 2022.

Although it is not require to read both stories. There are details in both stories where you has to read both to understand the wider story.
