We have a winner in the November voting: The Myth of Hitler's Pope: Pope Pius XII And His Secret War Against Nazi Germany by David G. Dalin got 5 votes. It was followed by "Doors in the walls of the world" by Peter Kreeft and "Race with the devil" by Joseph Pearce, both with 4 votes. All other books in the list got 3, 2 or 1 votes, except The Thought of Thomas Aquinas and World as Heaven Intended, both of which got 0 votes.

I have used the randomizer to select the book that will leave the list because of lack of votes. It happened to be The Thought of Thomas Aquinas.

To refill the list of 15 books for the next voting, two new books will enter:
"Eifelheim", by Michael F. Flynn, proposed by Fonch; and "In This House of Brede", by Rumer Godden, proposed by Mariangel.

Margaret (margaretz) | 15 comments This is an outstanding, scholarly and beautifully written book that totally refutes, with facts, the false and unfounded accusations by a major bestseller. But, no surprise to any of us observing current American culture, Rabbi Dalin's rebuttal can be very hard to find. I purchased mine, to do research for a historical novel, via a rare book dealer and a book depository. It's brilliant and well worth searching out through libraries as well.

Mariangel | 717 comments It is also a good choice since we have recently read the Scarlet Pimpernel of the Vatican.

Thank you for this, Manuel, I was able to find a used copy for less than the Kindle price.
