Gabriel watches Tomlin as he plays. He giggles as he goes down the slide.

Gabriel watches the figure cautiously. something is off about her Gabriel thinks, relieved that she still had her gun on her.

The little girls stops suddenly and mechanically turns her neck to look at Tomlin.
She snaps her jaw open and starts limping toward the boy.

Tomlin freezes.
Gabriel snaps. That's not human. "Tommy, i need you to come here, but go around the girl okay?"
Tomlin nods slowly.

The zombie girl watches the boy closely, her eyes glazed over and a trail of blood dripping down her chin.
She turns her dead eyes on Gabriel.

Gabriel pulls out her gun as Tomlin makes his way to her side. I don't know what this is, but if I shoot I'm facing murder one charges, If i don't, I'm most likely dead. Holding up her gun she warningly says. "Stand back. If you come closer, I shoot"

The zombie girls pauses.
She opens her mouth and bites down on the thin air, her teeth cracking slightly.
She screams and charges toward Gabriel and Tomlin, with unhuman speed.

Gabriel fires at hits the zombie in the head.

The zombie girls falls to the ground immediately, her body twisting and convulsing as if she is seizing. EEKKKKKKK! she screams, before closing her eyes for the last time.

Gabriel grabs Tomlin's hand. Heading torwards her car she calls the body in. Snapping a picture she sends it to a friend who will know what to do.

Tomlin buckles his seat while Gabriel stands outside still on the phone.

Denise opened the back door of her car and pulled out Beth's stroller . She then walked around and pulled a babbling Beth out of her car seat. Othello barked anxiously, as Denise sat her daughter in her stroller.

Gabriel hears a dogs bark and immediately goes alert. Dogs will often sense danger before you do.

Denise ignored Othello's nosey yipping, as she shut the door to her car. "Stop that!" she gently scolded, as the small dog began to growl.

Gabriel looks around trying to find it. Down a few rows of cars she sees a small dog baring its teeth. What is it barking at?

Denise rolls her eyes as the dog continues to bark and bends over to put Beth's sun hat on.
A zombie emerges from a small wooded area to the left of the playground and rushes up behind Denise as Othello growls.

Gabriel quickly fires twice hitting the creature in the head. She rushes forward to make sure the lady was fine.

Denise jumps as soon as she hears the gun fire.
Her hand flies to her mouth, as she turns around and sees a body sprawled across the ground.
Veins protrude out of its grey skin, making Denise gag.
"What the heck?" she gasps.

Gabriel looks at the young mother, "You okay?" She walks in between the zombie and the lady in case it got back up.

Denise shakes her head, as she continues to study the lifeless figure on the ground. "W-what's wrong wih him? Why is his skin like that? He… He looks like he's rotting!" she screams frantically.

Gabriel shakes her head. "It's nothing I recognize." she pauses before adding, "You need to get out of here. This city is a deathtrap. I already killed one of these over there. The military is being called in to help out with the outbreak right now. Get somewhere safe. If you can't think of anything safe go to a rural area. You'll still have them," she points to the still form, "but not in the amount this city will have"

Denise scoops Beth up and holds her crying daughter close, as Othello bares his teeth at the dead man.
"I don't have a place to go outside of the city. Just our apartment. What am I gonna do? You said those things are everywhere!" she says, panicking.

Gabriel sighs. "They may be setting up shelters, i would suggest not trying to get in though. Hide out the best you can in the best place you can think of." Gabriel shakes her head. "Do you have any family you can stay with?"

Denise bit her lip, as she mulled over the officer's question.
"No, unfortunately I don't. I guess we'll just have to hole up in our apartment until this thing blows over. When do you think that'll be?"

Gabriel shrugs. "Its just started. There's no way to tell. It could be weeks or even years. If we ever recover."

Denise shakes her head. "Me and my husband don't even have weapons. Or enough food to survive two weeks…This has to end," she mumbles pathetically, as she rubs a shrieking Beth's back.

Gabriel groans, torn between safety and generosity. She finally decides and says, "I have space in my house if you need it."

Denise smiles but shakes her head. "That's very kind of you but I'll figure something out. Besides until we find out what's causing this, we probably should keep our distance. But thanks for saving me."

Gabriel nods. "I need to get back to Tom." She gives the lady a business card, "If you need anything call me." Turning around she starts walking back to the car.

Denise takes the business card and watches as the lady drives away, wondering how she can remain so calm about the whole thing.
She puts Beth's stroller away and packs Othello and Beth in the car, before shakily heading home.

Cole frowns as he starts getting close to the park. A young girl was lying on her back staring up at the sky. As he got closer he noticed the bullet wound in her forehead, her dress was spattered with dry blood and she had teeth marks all over her. He wrinkles his nose as he notices her teeth. Dried blood was caked all over. They filming a zombie movie here or something?

Mariah walks here. She dosen't see Cole yet

Cole backs away and heads deeper into the park hoping he didn't ruin the scene. It was really realistic, best luck to the producers.

Mariah walks into the park and sits on a swing on her phone

Cole starts walking over to the swing set, smiling when he sees Mariah.

Mariah dosen't see him yet and she taps away on her phone

He sits down on the other swing.

She looks up, "Hi"

"Hey" he smiles.

She smiles back
