Thanks Marc. I won't vote until I have checked UK availability for these - I have read Leonard & Hungry Paul.
Simply out of curiosity, how do you usually acquire your books, Hugh, especially if they don't have a UK publisher?
I usually end up using Bookdepository.com if there's no US publisher for a UK book.

BTW, I'm not expecting you to go to extraordinary lengths to get any of these books, but need to give more thought in the future to how others acquire books overseas.
