From the Ground Up: A Journey to Reimagine the Promise of America - Doesn't this title sound like a book from a political candidate? It's too bad it didn't work out. Some of this book was boring (he's just not a firebrand like Trump), and some of it was incredibly enlightening, and honest. He's had tremendous success, and he's very open and humble about his mistakes. On election day I'm sad that he isn't an option.

I have tremendous respect for this man, and I love his values, his visions, and his sincere desire to make the world a better place. He has already done great things, not just for the employees of his company, and the sustainability of the coffee market, but he's done things beyond that. He's worked on advancement initiatives for city youth, he doesn't just preach racial equality, he did more than other companies it's size to actually give employees more opportunity and economic equality. He's worked on projects in Appalachia and other communities to understand the problems and work to solve them.

I'm really glad I read this book (even the repetitive parts) and I recommend it to others.
