i dont mind if the plot strays at all, the book's plot is up in the air anyways because im on my first manuscript, i just wanna stretch the characters a bit, play with them before making the book singularly focused on the main
so honestly you can make the characters however you want and do whatever you want with them - id encourage that really, it helps me improvise more.

pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth
and based on the characters you used to play, i think you'd probably best fit pride, lust or sloth

you could make the lame guy too, he's supposed to have powers and such but he was told he was crazy his whole life so he doesnt realize he's got crazy abilities.
