Female: The Female tribute’s dress start out cream at the top and slowly ombres into a delicate, light pink. The sleeves extend all the way down the arm to the wrists, and the skirt goes down to the floor. The neckline goes about halfway up the tribute’s neck. With a closer look, you can see that the entire dress is made from flower petals that look, feel, and even smell real. The tribute’s hair is done in a French braid going down her back, with yellow dandelions woven in here and there.
Male The male tribute is wearing a suit that starts out scarlet and fades into white as it goes down. Underneath the suit is a black dress shirt with a white tie. Again, all of it is made from real-seeming flower petals. The tribute’s hair is styled to look messy but still controlled, and there’s a single dandelion behind his ear.

Female: Pandora Ivanka Reyez
Pandora is dressed in a deep-crimson dress fashioned in a military jacket style, with gold fashioning across the breast. It has a high collar and a matching gold belt, seeming closed to the waist. From there, it opens up into a layered skirt, with the jacket part curving into a stiff back over her calves and a straight skirt stopping just above the knee. Underneath she is wearing black slacks that fall to her combat boots.
Pandora's silver-white hair is braided down her back neatly, but casually, weaving around and over the black laurel crown set on her brow. The plait is dotted with black pearls. Her ears are adorned with vicious-looking dragon earrings.
Her eyes have been shadowed with dark, smoky makeup and her cheekbones are highlighted, giving her a natural glow. Her lips have been colored a deep, matte bloodred to match her dress.
She looks threatening. Imposing.
Male: reserved for Ava
He is dressed in a black military-style jacket with gold fashioning, similar to the one his Tribute partner is wearing. However, his is cut like a suit jacket over a crimson undershirt. His black slack pants fall in a straight cut to heavy black combat boots. A red pocket handkerchief matching his undershirt is tucked neatly into his pocket.
On his finger is a square-cut blood ruby set into a heavy ring. Across his brow is a black laurel crown matching Pandora's. Like her, his face has been highlighted to give him that sheen to his skin. His eyes have been shadowed, but not to the extent that his partner's have. Just darkened.
He looks harsh, powerful.

ahhhh i didn't see this!! i really like the red one!! to be honest, pandora looks better in red and black. the blue one is also really pretty. the grey and white seem too innocent for her.

She is dressed in an ornate gown. The bodice is black to the waist, fading into deep, wine-red at the hips and then crimson through the skirt. Pandora's shoes are twining black heels ornamented with garnets fashioned into roses.
Her lips have been lined in black and glossed sparkling bloodred. Her nails are red fading to black, opposite her gown. Gray eyes have been lined with a block of sweeping red and outlined with obsidian-black, glitter dusting the inner corners of her eyes.
Pandora's silver-white hair has been twisted and pinned into a classical updo, a tiara-like comb of wrought black iron and garnet stones fixed over the back. A black crescent-moon pendant hangs from her throat.

If you have a stylist character, you're gonna design what the characters are wearing for their chariot rides and interviews. DO NOT POST HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A STYLIST CHARACTER! Tributes without stylists will be taken over by a mod. It should look a little something like this:
