I have a scar on my lower arm from when I was around ten and decided to pet a baby sheep over a barbed wire... it looked at me way too cutely >⁠.⁠<

I was riding a scooter when I was like 10, and I decided it would be a fun idea to close my eyes and ride the scooter. Yeah, I ended up running hand first into a wooden fence and got flung off. I have two scars on my knuckles now.

Riding those electric scooters you find on the streets for rent as an ADULT. I hit a parked car... 🙈 I have scars on my hands and knees from it.

In grade 2, I scratched my arm because I had an itch. I guess my nail needed cutting because I still have the scar.

Hit my head on a dresser when I was young. According to my parents it didn’t even bleed or have a cut. It just appeared as a big whopping scar above my left eyebrow.

I was picking up this power bank from my window sill and my hand slipped making the edge of that power bank scrape against my knuckle

I scraped the back of my hand on a toilet paper holder while using the bathroom when I was pregnant for my son, over 20 years ago. It's a small scar that faded over the years but I can still see it lol. Wasn't expecting it to be a scar, but I guess it happens.

Okay, so let me take you 11 years back in time, to the early times when I started dating my boyfriend. On a late summer evening he brought me home, we were cycling. At some point, I thought it was a great idea to hold hands while cycling...it was not.
My boyfriend accidently steered into me, to avoid some random rock on the road. We got stuck with both our handlebars and fell on the asphalt. I still have the scar on my right knee

picture: 15 years old, wearing high heels for the first time. i was walking across a parking lot that, instead of paved, was largely composed of pebbles and dirt. my heel got stuck between a few rocks, i wobbled and fell to my knees. i now have a semi-noticeable scar on one knee

12 year old me wearing my moms heels and walking down the staircase, i had to get stiches', burnt my hand on the iron box cause i wanted to see how hot it was when i was 9 or smth, while cutting veggies yesterday, i could go on and on

When I was 4, there was some kind of construction going on on our deck in the backyard. The workers cut a hole in the deck and I thought it looked cool so I went with my tricycle closer to the hole and SOMEHOW (I don't remember how) I fell in and got a rock jammed into my thumb. The hole was too deep for me to climb out so I was squatting in there, screaming and crying for at least 5 minutes. My dad eventually realized I was down there and pulled me out. My parents put a child lock on the door because I wasn't exactly supposed to be out there.

When I was in first grade I tried to jump over the stairs near the entrance of the pool while I was on vacation. Long story short: I ended up with a scar on my left knee and didn't clear the stairs.

ok. so. story time...
when i was 7, i went to Hershey park in Pennsylvania for my birthday. on my birthday we went to the water park part of it, i banged my head on something metal and started gushing blood from my temple right near me eye. i was rushed to the hospital and then got stitches.

so at one point some of our chicken ran away, so one was In my neighbors' yard and I had to jump over the fence to get it. so yk my neighbor helped me get my chicken and on the way back into my yard my inner thigh got caught on the fence and I got a scar there :)

this was when I was 12 years old so it was only last year lol

Dodged an attack during a pillow fight and smashed my skull into a door knob. Usually, no one can see it. But when my hair was shaved off in boot camp, an officer asked me what happened to my head. I had no idea what he was talking about because even I hadn't seen it in over ten years.

I was taking a sheet out of the oven and I was very knew to baking so this was my first time trying to pull aluminum foil off of a hot baking sheet. Since I was wearing an oven mitt I attempted to rest the baking sheet on my arm and pull the foil off with my other hand and ended up burning the exposed part of my skin with the baking sheet. The scar looks super cool though!

Just recently I cut myself on my locker yep i know I thought i was gonna get tetanus and I wanted the scar on my hand but at the same time it's ruined my hand and every one says my hands are pretty. NOT ANYMORE

I banged my chin hard as hell on the edge of the pool when I was getting out. Not a fun experience🥲🥲

This was just a day after my bday, and i was playing on the playground with my friends at school, and we were doing flips on these metal bars. First, i hit my head, and they were like are you okay? I said yeah, but not a second after I said that, I did my next flip and banged my chin on the metal bar. it took my friends a second to notice the blood and ran and got my teacher who took me to the nurse. My mom had to come pick me up and go to the doctor to get stitches. I got to miss school for like 2 days, and I got my stitches removed on Thanksgiving. I will forever have a scar on my chin. What's weird is, my mom has the exact same scar her chin too!

When i was like 14(?) I was thinking about something deeply (eyes out of focus) and was also chopping apples at the same time. I cut my left thumb and blood started gushing out, at that time didn't feel any pain so i just calmly walked up to my room and applied a bandage. My mom came into my room 15 minutes later and freaked out at the sight of blood spilled all over the floor.

I got a scar on my forehead by running into a huge dumpster. I was at church and I was ranting about our friends and how mean they were and I guess I didn't see where I was going and I ran into it lol😂

Not quite a scar, but an injury:
(For context I have a chronic disability that causes my join to dislocate easily called EDS)

I was posing for a picture and I twisted my leg too much, in which my kneecap dislocated. I did get a scar from my nails digging into my skin trying to #1, get it back into place, #2, hold it in place bc that crap was LOOSE

Oh, it happens a lot lmfao- That time was back in october lol. Thankfully it has only dislocated and not automatically went back into place twice... that I know of at least. (One back in 2022, One back in 2023) But to answer your question, yes lol. Not WHEN it happened, when it happens it just feels uncomfortable (imagine a huge lump of bone sitting under your skin where it shouldn't be, uncomfortable, right?), but once it gets back in place it is sore. It will usually jump back into place right after it dislocated tho. I can dislocate my shoulder on command and I don't feel anything other than a bit of anxiety bc it might dislocate TOO much. My skin is also super stretchy! EDS, the disability w/ fun party tricks (This is a joke, if someone reading this has EDS don't do the "fun" so called party tricks, it can damage the joints and tissue more than it already is)

I was getting mad at a friend and I was talking to another friend about it and I ran into a dumpster...this also happened at church and I still have the scar on my forehead.

I was having a battle with my cousins one Easter when I was a boy. Pine cones changed to rocks at some point, and I took a rather large rock to the forehead. I left a bloody handprint on the door when I made it to the house. Not sure how this was dumb other than I stayed after we switched to rocks.

I was maybe 5 and I tripped and fell down a hill covered (and I mean COVERED) in cacti. I say fell, but it was more like comically rolling into the path of every sharp, pointy bit on that hill. I now have a long scar on my elbow that is very battle-hardened fantasy heroine-esque.

The time my dad was building IKEA furniture in the living room (I was maybe ten) and he cleaned up, but forgot to put away the hammer, and left it sharp pointy side facing up. Me, what did I do? I did a cartwheel. And landed. With my foot on the sharp pointy bit of the hammer. There was blood and tears and more blood. Didn't need stitches, though.

I slipped and hit my chin on the hardwood floors at my cousin's house. I was 2 and playing tag 😭 😭

My cousin made me take a picnic blanket full of toys up the driveway (it was up hill) and I tripped scrapping both my knees on the pavement. I wouldn't say its a scar but my knees are so much darker than the rest of my legs.

I was like 10 or 11 and I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and I stepped on a piece of glass(from a friendship bracelet)so I was calm and went to my mum(who is a CMA)and she wrapped it up and took care of it then I was going back to bed and stepped on another piece of glass in the same foot just in a different spot so I had to go to my mum again and we left to go to the ED but we waited at a Burger King until it was out of the time to get stitches and then we went and they made me do x-rays to make sure there was no more glass but I got a free foot soak out of it😅
