Chocolate was rare when he was kid and he only got one half a bar a year for his birthday and it is the only memory that gives him strenght.

A flaw is what makes a person different. Think of a rose quartz. There is no such thing as two identical stones because it's the gemstone and minerals version of a fingerprint.
A weakness is something that a person finds difficult to resist, something that triggers them, or something that they're just not great at, but it's required. For examples of all three, I'll share a bit of myself:
Ex. 1: It's difficult to resist shiny things.
Ex. 2: a word that triggers me is f*ckboy.
Ex. 3: I'm awful at communication, but I plan to work on it as soon as I'm able to.
