Looks good to me. I didn't check every detail but I didn't see anything wrong when I skimmed it. You're also welcome to browse other people's logs to see how they're doing challenges and what books they've done.

Thanks so much, Kelly!

Just a suggestion, it pays to be patient. You might want to save your books and allocate them to your best advantage. Why waste a 400+ page book on level one? There are many books less than 200 pages out there. And like Kelly says. Feel free to see what others are doing. None of us mind.

Thanks Tea!
Also, Sir Nancy of the Helen, master Code Breaker, upon breaking Ser Amanda's code, has discovered that Ser Amanda's mysterious note writer ain't that good at spelling...

EDIT: Never mind, I found a couple of decent books on page 4 of the original list.

Yeah I have more bright yellow/orangish (gold) ones. Not a problem. :)
I was just like iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.....don't know how strict that rule is over all three tasks asking for yellow/gold covers.

You new here? I can see it in your eyes. Still have that hopeful look....

I'd recommend rat stew. I heard they just got fresh meat.

Then I'll have some rat stew. Those rats can be nasty things. I killed one of them on my way over here.

Sorry to hear about your daughter, Mary. I hope she feels better.
As for the game, it shouldn't matter. It's a single-player. You go at your own pace. You pick which quests suit you the best. You can skip a whole month if you feel like it.

And sorry to hear about your daughter, I hope all has turned out well.

Other than two very early quests, everything is still available so you really haven't missed out at all. I hope you keep at it!

But don't worry about trying to catch up. Everyone gets there their own way and their own pace.
I'm leaving quests up for 2 or more months typically and even if you don't complete them you either get partial credit or can reclaim books that you didn't get anything for. So you can just choose whatever is up that you'd like to work on the most.
I'm also ok with people using their NBRC extension gift card for a quest as well.

So far, I found out what's expiring when she posted quests here. So I guess it's spur of the moment decision :P
My bet is something from February :)

Example if you use it on 5/31 for quest ending on 6/15, you can finish that quest by 7/15
I have a feeling I made it even more complicated now :P

Heh no idea. Tea pleads with me right before each time I decide. It's usually a last minute thing. I suspect the last January quest will be expiring then plus 1 or 2 from Feb.

I have a shelf full of the next books in all the series Im reading. So I just went through each series, clicking to the full series list on goodreads and looked for any in between books in those. A lot of series have them so it wasn't hard to find a few once I went through.

Just for reference, in case you happen to be reading these series Tory or end up desperate, here are my three:

Otherwise, I'd look for story collections.

*whispers so Kelly doesn't hear*
Try switching editions :) Maybe you find one that is over
