Character Name: Neirian (Nair-e-an)
Age: 18
Description: Pitch black hair, her eyes are a dark purple and in the sunlight they have a tint of red in them. She is slim. She always wears jeans and a t-shirt plus a hoodie. The colors she overall wears are monochrome. She only wears dresses for important occasions. She never puts her hair up unless she's fed up with it and refuses to cut it. Her face is small along with the rest of her body. You can instantly see she's not a physical fighter.
Important To Character: She always wears a ring around her pinky that is small but has a small green gem on the top.
Markings: She has a scar on her left arm from inside her wrist to the middle of her forearm that she keeps hidden under her hoodie sleeve.
Personality: She is quiet. Prefers to watch and listen rather than put in her opinion. She is calm in tough and intense situations. When troubled she doesn’t change her expression, she puts up a wall and doesn’t let anyone in. She has trust issues and is very anti social. She likes wandering around to sort her thoughts. She is protective and kind. She will also use her powers to make it seem like she disappears (she turns down everyone's awareness till she is out of the room). She can be intimidating if she wants to, using her eyes to make the other person uncertain.
Power: She can control the nervous system of anyone for a short period of time (and herself for longer periods of time). If you don’t know the nervous system includes the 5 senses, movement and balance, thought process, how awake and aware you are, and all the nerves in your body. (This is not godmodding because she can't control too many at one time or one for a long time.) However, she turned off the more powerful emotions such as anger and sadness indefinitely. She can turn them back on whenever but prefers not too. She could also turn off receiving pain but wants to be normal as much as possible.

History: She learned that she was gifted when her family died and her brother was injured. She turned off her anger for her fear of avenging her family and going on a rampage. She turned off her sadness because she couldn’t stop crying. She also turned off her happiness for a while but her brother encouraged her to turn it back on. She isolated herself when her brother was out of the hospital. Moving away and eventually being found by the Rebellion. They trained her to use her powers for good and her guardians still try to get her to turn on her emotions.
