I had already bought A Fairy Awesome Story in softback and just hadn't had a chance to read it. So that will be my independent read this month.

This is a perfect way to go. I really enjoyed A Fairy Awesome Story and look forward to reading another from the list. Happy Holidays!

They are not Trana, but I made myself a note, and promise to get some historical fiction on our reading list asap!

I loved it too. I'm reading book 2 as an ARC now. It might be better than the first, definitely more action.

Also, I've heard back from my beta readers, so I'm very busy prepping book 2 for publication (probably in early January).

Thank you, P.K, for writing an extremely touching story with a much needed message. I was actually reading through the last chapter when my phone informed me of your comment.

It is a touching story. I loved the message, and the ending. Thank goodness lol I was worried about the ending for a minute lol
Unfortunately, stupid Amazon hasnt been letting me leave reviews recently. Typically, 2 out of 3 get denied. I have sent several emails to Amazon, and so far the responses have been less than desirable. I'm about to leave one on Goodreads though, and I'll keep trying on Amazon.

Phenomenal read!!!"
Thank you so much for reading and your review! It means a lot to me!

Fair warning, I had just lost a close family member of mine when I started this one three weeks ago, so this one was hard for me to get through. I had to force myself to keep going, and in the end, I think it was kind of cathartic.
A great read that I would recommend, just be careful because it deals with the stages of grief, and has a lot of violence and shock value.

I wholeheartedly agree with your review, Abby. I especially related to the crying aspect. My reading was often interrupted due to blurry vision related to tears welling up.

Thank you so much for your review!
Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas. Don't forget to leave your reviews for your independent read.
I was intrigued to read Black Hollow because my favorite genre is psychological thrillers. And this one did not disappoint. Here is my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
