I was scratching my head on that one too. Something bad happens at a school, I guess? *shrugs* Or we get to interpret it however works for us.

I am intrigued by the words cottagecore, goblincore, and grandmacore.
I found this list, it has Ninth House on it (that I haven't read) https://mytbr.co/best-dark-academia-b...
I'm going to do this challenge, I really like the prompts this year. If you want there's a large Popsugar group on GR, where people share book recs for the prompts etc.

I've heard of cottagecore - there's a lot of that going about due to 2020, but I have never heard of goblincore or grandmacore!

With the book set in multiple countries - are we going to take that to mean more than 1 country, or does it need to be more than 2? What's the consensus?

There is an official PopSugar Challenge group and someone went out of the way and provided listopias for most of the challenge prompts (which was SUPER helpful!). If you are not a part of the group, I will see if I can post the lists here shortly. Otherwise, if you ask, I can try to post them separately :D.

Thanks SeaPiggy, that's useful :)
My question though was more that I read a book set in two countries, and wondered whether I could count that for the 'set in multiple countries' one
