Kieran Hey I’m a teen (not specifying age) and I’m looking for more books to add to my want to read list.
Genres I’m interested are:
Fantasy, fiction, realistic fiction, mystery, graphic novels but willing to try anything

I am mainly interested in books with LGBTQ themes (ESPECIALLY with trans or gay characters) , realistic fictions or books with animals in them.

I’m big fans of the warrior cats and wings of fire series so any books like that are cool!
(I love Fangirl and The Gravity of us as well).

Thanks for looking at this I’m looking forward to suggestions

The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue (this one is hard to describe but it's amazing)

Aqeelah (fandomsandfiction) | 23 comments I recommend The Exact Opposite of Okay and it's sequel A Girl Called Shameless by Laura Steven. I feel like everyone should read these books! It deals with important topics eg. revenge porn and women empowerment. It also has good rep (lgbtq+ rep and disability rep)

I also recommend Big Bones by Laura Dockrill. A lot of body positivity and food-love centered around a pretty good storyline.

Both books would fall under YA contemporary/realistic fiction and they both have good humour too!

Lastly, I recommend Jennifer Niven's work. She also does YA contemporary/realistic fiction which often centers around illness, especially mental illness. I recommend: Holding Up the Universe and All the Bright Places
