While in a round, games do not have to be completed in order (games 1-10) but a task for each game needs to be completed once before trying to complete the left over tasks.
Does that mean that each member of the team needs to complete boh options in each task? Or can different people of the team work on the options separately? I'm trying to figure out how we make sure a task is finished before moving to a new one...

It's a team effort so the team as a whole would be reading for the tasks throughout the games/challenges. So for example, you have the following below:
Games & Tasks:

Round 1: (2/20)
Game 1: Snowman Competition!
*Snow on cover OR Author’s initials in SNOW
Game 2: Snowball Fight!
*Features a fight OR Letters S,N,O,W in series title (in any order)
Game 3: Holiday Karaoke!
*Book is tagged Music OR Musical instrument on the cover
Game 4: Gingerbread Contest!
*‘House’ in text (pg/% & quote) OR Read a book with a Brown Cover (75%)
Game 5: Wreath Making!
*Book with 5+ colors on it OR Title starts with W (any edition)
Game 6: Cookie Bake-off!
*‘Cookie’ in text (pg/% & quote) OR Delicious treat on the cover (any edition)
Game 7: Scavenger Hunt!
*MC is a detective OR MPG Cozy Mystery
Game 8: House Decorating!
*House on the cover OR ‘Decorate’ in text (pg/% & quote)
Game 9: Ice Sculpting!
*Letters I,C,E in title (in any order) OR MC’s first/last name starts with I
Game 10: Racing Time!
*Author’s initials in RACE OR ‘Time’ in text (pg/% & quote)
And person 1 read for Author's initials in RACE, person 2 read for House on cover, and person 3 read for 'Time' in text. The first two books would be counted right then and there and the third book would be put on hold since you didn't finish reading a task for all the other games. So the tracking would look like this:

If your team wants to go down that route - having a captain and such - then sure, you can do that. I'm debating on if I want to create a spreadsheet for teams.. since I will be doing a tracking on the review thread whenever I do scores. So if your team wants one, a spreadsheet that is, let me know.

Yes, if a book has multiple authors then you can use any that will fit the task.

For cover tasks, you can use any cover for that book - it doesn't need to be the one you read.

Wow! Well that opens up the possibilities lol Thanks, Alaina :)

Decorate is in the word decorated. So, yes, I will accept it :)

Great, thank you! I've been in some challenges that are strictly the word only with no deviations, so I wasn't sure for this one.

One other question. Are we able to bank books?
For example, I have finished a book that doesn't work for any of the tasks my team has left for the first pass of round 1 but it works for something in round 2. Can I hold posting the book until my team gets to round 2?

Yes, that can count for ball on cover.

Yes, that can count for ball on cover.

We only count graphic novels at 1/4 the points when it's an MPG Graphic Novel or Comic. So this book doesn't have it has an MPG and I don't really want to search throughout all the tags (lol). This will count for normal points :)

Once both rounds are completed, the challenge will start over and the team is back at Round 1.

for House on the cover? Mostly looks like building outlines to me so I'm not sure."
It kind of looks like a outline of a building and not a house to me. So, I would have to say no on this one.
