Challenge Corner discussion

With January fast approaching, here is the place to post any goals you're setting for your reading in the new year. Hopefully we can encourage each other to stay motivated.

I don't even know what my reading goal will be next year.. other than reading all the ARCs that I have. Anyone else?

For ARCs, I want to stop myself from requesting on Netgalley unless I have less than 10 to read & review. Having 40+ can be overwhelming. I also want to tackle my huge pile of old ARCs I have on Edelweiss back when I used to download things without reading them (thanks old me!)

Other than that, I want to read my physical tbr and read all books by Brandon Sanderson

Ooo not requesting until around 10 sounds like a good idea!

My goals are:
- Read + review at least 10 eARCs by March 2021.
- Not request any books until I get to 60% on Netgalley (unless it's like one of my top 5 anticipated books of the year.)
- Finish at least 5 series I started

Ooo those are some good goals! I will definitely have to think about mine a bit more. I like having a set date to read a certain amount of ARCs.

I'm 20 books behind my reading goal. Anyone else in the same boat? 500 books might have been a bit too much ahah

I'm surprisingly ahead lol but I'm sure I will somehow get behind at one point.
