Marina | 272 comments I also use the library's eBooks quit a lot. The only thing bothering me is that I can only borrow 5 books at the time and every time I borrow I book, I have access to it for 30 days and I can't "return" it earlier.

Wow, that's really restrictive. Our library has an eBook limit of 20 and they can be returned at any time. Max time out is 21 days.

What program do you use to read your e-books? I can't return it early using the library website, but I download my books into Adobe Reader, and I can return books early from that program.

*Side note for people reading library e-books on a Nook/Kindle/etc, as opposed to a tablet/iPhone - if your device isn't connected to wi-fi (ie. wi-fi is turned off) and if you don't close out of the book you're currently reading, you can read it past the expire date. It still returns it to the e-library, but you can keep on reading until you're finished (or until you close the book or turn on wi-fi).

Ella | 234 comments I primarily use my Kindle, and buy a lot of books when they are on sale for 99 cents or free. I've just been combing through these and trying to fit them into the challenge.

I use my Sony Reader. It is non-wifi but and the library books do expiry. One work around to that is you can just back date the reader until you are finished the book. I've done this on my kids Kobo readers when we've been on vacation and their books are close to expiring.
