Thanks, Lori. I hope you and your family have a warm, cozy holiday too!
I've owned Anna Karenina for at least ten years. I'm hoping this challenge will be the impetus to read it.

Planning has got me excited about next year's reading, Kathleen.

Thanks, Anne. I'm looking forward to it.
You have some great reads ahead, especially White Fang, Call of the Wild, and Anna Karenina. I know as hard as I try I will break down and buy books this year. You have two on your list I have already decided to buy. I just need to hold off long enough for it to look like I meant what I said about not buying new books. I want The Sea, The Sea and The Westing Game.
How did you fair with Miss Pettigrew?
How did you fair with Miss Pettigrew?

I enjoyed "Miss Pettigrew" because it was such an amusing, relaxing read. It reminded me of an old black and white romantic comedy movie. It's been such a crazy year for everyone that sometimes it feels good to read something light and frothy.

Totally agree! I’ve re-read that one a few times as well as Austen’s novels. They are comfort reads :O)

Thanks, Lori. It was a great book to end the bingo challenge!

Thanks, Kathleen.

I have enjoyed reading Miss Pettigrew & Cry the Beloved Country too so I will check out the other books that you enjoyed as well.

Thanks, Anne. I enjoyed the books I read for the challenge.

Thanks, Annette. Miss Pettigrew was a fun book! Sometimes you need to read something humorous.

Thanks, Natalia.
