The weeks for posting for cases go by every seven days. So the first week was 2/1-2/7. Week two is 2/8-2/14 etc. You can post right on the first day of the week. You don't have to wait until the day after. :)

But Alaina is a butt and wanted a day early this week. Lol.

So... I was spying on the other team's cases, and the highest case they have left is 125. 130-150 are donezo. And they haven't finished posting for their cases this week.

I think we should wait until they get their offer before we decide. heh heh

They have 45, 50, 60, 120, and 125 left.
We have 45, 50, 120, 125, and 150 left.

Case 16 was our 150 last round, so it can't be this time.

If we knock out three more cases, we may knock out all the high numbers OR we may get the 150.

If we take the deal, we get a higher bonus than they did last round by 2.

I feel like we have good odds to keep going, but 102 also seems like a good deal. I'm good with either. Hopefully you all are feeling more decisive lol

Starting today your team can post for it's last three books. The cases you have left to choose from are: 21, 16, 11, 4. Make sure three of these cases are posted for before the end of the month. :)

I just finished a book that can work for 11. But did we want to keep case 11? I can save it for next round or post it for page points.

How's everyone feel about doing a double up all or nothing kind of thing for the final month of the challenge?! 😱😱😱😱

Teams would receive two sets of 25 cases each. And choose two starting cases. Basically play two Deal or No Deal games at the same time. I would also allow all edition page counts in this updated version of the game.

The only rule would be that one book that counts towards a case for one game could not count towards a case in the second game as well.
For example, if you read a 312 page book and post it for case 12 in the first game you cannot post it for the second game, at all. Even if another edition has 322 pages. You can only use one book for one case. So basically you'll have to use 50 books to post for cases.

Also, a change for the final month (regardless if we decide to play double up or not) no more getting an offer after reading for the final three cases. You will receive an offer for the value of the lower of the final two amounts. Pretty much forcing everyone to choose a final case! :D Muahaha.

After posting all of our cases for the final week we have an offer of 125!

The two cases left, our original #12 and #21, have 125 points or 150 points.

I gave us an offer of 125 to basically force you guys to choose a case. Lol. No more getting an offer of half way between the value of the two cases (this will be how it is for the final month as well).
