Carolyn | 9840 comments Silence in the Library (Lily Adler Mystery #2) by Katharine Schellman Silence in the Library by Katharine Schellman is an enjoyable Regency cosy mystery, second in a series featuring young widow Lily Adler.

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9976 comments As soon as I read the premise for Meredith Jaffe's new book, The Dressmakers of Yarrandarrah Prison, I knew I wanted to read it. I wasn't disappointed: this one is definitely a favourite for 2021.

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9976 comments I love Robert Hillman;s books and Julian Pulvermacher does a great job on the audio of The Bookshop of the Broken Hearted, had me choking up, tears in my eyes quite a few times. A wonderful, moving read.

Andy (andymc) The Soulmate Equation The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren
Not my genre I guess. I am sure there are plenty who do like it. But it does get me the likes from the Russian bride sites. Probably time that Amazon cleaned it up a little.
A man reading a romcom, what do I expect 😊

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9976 comments Lewis Fitzgerald is an excellent choice for narrating the audio of Emma Viskic's Caleb Zelic series. And Fire Came Down is a dazzling sequel to #1, and I hope this narrator will be reading #3.

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9976 comments While The Lady with the Gun Asks the Questions: The ultimate Miss Phryne Fisher collection by Kerry Greenwood is an excellent collection of small doses of Phryne Fisher, readers should be aware that all but four of the stories were published in A Question of Death: An Illustrated Phryne Fisher Treasury, which included many interesting extras. Do the four new stories compensate? Avid fans can decide.

PattyMacDotComma | 3299 comments I didn't know Daphne du Maurier wrote this kind of entertaining, historical romance. Frenchman's Creek is a light, atmospheric bodice-ripper in which no bodices are seen to be ripped.
