Carolyn | 9841 comments During lockdown I've been enjoying combining reading Stuart MacBride's Logan MacRae series with listening to the audiobooks - the narration has been brilliant.

If Only by Angela Marsons

A big departure from her usual crime fiction, this is not my usual choice of reading fare but I had to try it because she’s such a good author…hmm I gave it 4⭐️s because the writing is still good.

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9976 comments Tess Gerritsen has teamed up with Gary Braver to write a crime novel, Choose Me and, while it is an intriguing read, I could see the authors' fingerprints in to plot, so 4★s

I thought it was worth sharing, Thomas. I've read a couple of good novels based on a somewhat similar premise, but this was an interesting take. For anyone interested, here's the review with a link to the story online. Link to my review of My Purple Scented Novel

PattyMacDotComma | 3299 comments Race Cars: A children's book about white privilege is an illustrated story of two cars, one black and one white, who are best friends. The "committee" keeps making the black car's race longer!

PattyMacDotComma | 3299 comments The thriller Falling, by T.J. Newman, has attracted a lot of fans, and I can see why. It would make a terrific movie or mini-series. A terrible dilemma, lots of tension, and some good characters.
