Happy New Year! It's a new year and a fresh start. What reading plans do you have this month?

message 2: by April (new)

April (mydiverseshelf) I just downloaded The Doctor’s Nanny by Rose Fresquez. She’s a new to me author so really excited to dive in. Also, the January group selection. Other than that I’ll be selecting as the month goes by because it’s really hard for me to stick to a plan; that whole “SQUIRREL!” thing. Lol.

Beth (canadianbeth) | 248 comments I am currently reading Deathwatch by V.B. Tenery a book set in WW2 England and probably will not finish it before the year end.
I have not yet decided what to read next; it will be something from my e-reader list as I have nothing from the library.

ETA: I did finish it and have now read 277 books in 2020.

I actually enjoyed the slower pace of this one, and I enjoyed the break for the 18th century. I was glad to read an historical fiction book with this time period and setting that was actually fairly historically accurate.

message 33: by 99Kylies (new)

99Kylies | 2 comments It's so cool to see all these possible reads! Can't wait to take a closer look at these books. :D Currently, I'm not reading anything of note.

But I'm planning on reading some E.D.E.N. Southworth, either The Hidden Hand - Thankfully, I own a physical copy - or The Missing Bride, which I'll need to read on Gutenberg/Google docs. And Love Comes Softly #1!! I really like the movies, so I'm excited to read the books, though I expect them to be rather different.

I did already read Leota's Garden by Francine Rivers - it was really good!
