World Cat does give 386 pages for this but with a different cover.
Amazon (not the best source for dead tree books) says 400.
So just as a check can you tell me what is on pages 385 & 386 of your copy? Some things we count & some things we don't.
Sorry for the late response. My edition does have a few blank pages in the back but this is not included in the page count I provided. The acknowledgments are the last piece of the book which ends on page 386. The very last page of the story itself is page 382. The Title page and a page that says "Part One" are pages 1 and 2 respectively. Hopes this helps!
