Rachel :) | 24 comments If I could have any movie I would want a black widow movie!! Scarlet Johansen is SO GOOD! And I just love Black Widow! My two faves have got to be Cap and Black Widow, but I like all of them, really!

Hannah (readingrogers) | 41 comments Hawkeye, Bucky, and Falcon are up there (I like Falcon mostly for his reasonableness). Oh, and the black panther is pretty darn cool too!

message 1503: by Alyssa (new)

Alyssa | 410 comments I LOVE Falcon! But everyone always seems to forget him.

message 1504: by Stargazer (new)

Stargazer R. L. | 576 comments HAWKEYE IS MY FAVORITE. :D I love Bucky too!! ^_^

@Alyssa: I like Falcon too!

...Well honestly I like them all. :P

Not in my family, but to be fair, none of the movies have really been about him and he is a new character. I think he is like the 2nd generation of Avenger, I am guessing he will be a bigger deal in the next 5-10 years once the main Avengers we have now have either died, settled down, or otherwise.

Ick! A Black Widow movie sounds sickening, not because I don't like her, I LOVE her, but her past is so sickening to watch. And it seems like there would be a lot in her own movie, I am guessing it would be VERY heavy! Of course, on the other hand, we might finally get to find out what happened in Budapest! :) LOL

message 1507: by Rachel :) (new)

Rachel :) | 24 comments You're right, It would be pretty heavy, but I think it would be a really good movie!

message 1508: by Firefly (new)

Firefly (fireflys12) | 256 comments I feel like there's a big chance the Black Widow movie wouldn't meet the high expectations of most of everyone :/

Same. :P

I WANT A HAWKEYE MOVIE. RIGHT NOW. PLEASE AND THANK YOU. AAHHH.

I keep getting distracted pinning Hawkeye and Bucky and general Civil-War-movie pins on pinterest when I should be doing useful things... I want to see it a third time. XD

message 1510: by Firefly (new)

Firefly (fireflys12) | 256 comments *sobs* haven't seen the Civil War movie... But I've been scarred by hurtful cruel spoilers so it looks amazing.

message 1511: by Firefly (new)

Firefly (fireflys12) | 256 comments Also YESS a hawk eye movie!!!

message 1512: by deborah (last edited Jun 10, 2016 02:05PM) (new)

deborah o'carroll (deborahocarroll) | 74 comments Oh nooo I'm sorry! D: I hope you get to see it cuz it's AMAZING! :) (And... I may have seen some spoilers before I went too. So. Yeah. >.>)

HAWKEYE!!

H.M.R. (mybookcaseandi) | 381 comments YOU HAVEN'T SEEN CIVIL WAR FIREFLY! I did! It's amazing! It was the first movie for me to ever see in theaters.....*sobs* It's great. (As is theater popcorn!)

H.M.R. (mybookcaseandi) | 381 comments *laughs* My cousin is so sad because I've watched it and his friends at church have watched it, but he hasn't.......So...my cousin feels for ya ;)

message 1518: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 342 comments A Black Widow movie would be difficult to watch because of the horrors of her past, but I think it would be kind of like Jace and Half-Blood. It means so much more to see where a character is now when you've seen what they've had to overcome. But I do agree that it would probably end up being somewhat of a disappointment because everyone's expectations would be so high.

CIVIL WAR WAS SO AMAZING!!!!

message 1519: by Rachel :) (new)

Rachel :) | 24 comments Does anyone else really, really wish that Black Widow and Cap would get together?? Just me? Ok. :P I know it's unlikely but I just want it anyway! My brother keeps trying to convince me that it would never work, which is probably true but STILL

message 1520: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments Hey guys so our entire street was flooded because of really heavy rain up here in the Northwoods of WI, and my brother and I went to go play in the puddle/lake in the road! You know that saying (at least, down in Missouri) "Go play in the street" yeah... we took that literally! If you would like to see some pictures and have Instagram my Instagram is alaurap18. I'm posting some photos later. After I shower again... XD

message 1521: by Jaye (new)

Jaye Knight (jayelknight) | 389 comments Mod
I can't believe how hard it rained. O_O My dad's garden was basically a lake.

message 1522: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments I know it was crazy!! My backyard is a puddley muddy mess!

message 1523: by Natasha (last edited Jun 15, 2016 08:00PM) (new)

Natasha (tashawna) | 19 comments We had thunderstorms today, but we didn't get so much rain. :) Me and my little sister were down in my room, and we heard this noise- I looked out my little window and saw that a tree had fallen down! It wasn't the whole tree, but still a huge part of it... and pretty close too! It's a good thing it didn't hit the house! ;)
Our trampoline got flipped too, as well as losing some legs. :P That thing has gone through some weather! Once it blew right into the corn field!

message 1524: by gabi (new)

gabi | 358 comments That is crazy A'laura, Jaye, and Tashawna! I don't think I've had rains or storms like that in any of the places I've lived. Well, my family and I did leave Louisiana once because a hurricane was coming. We came back and part of the fence was knocked over, but that was it.

message 1525: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments I know what it's like down in Louisiana for sure Gabriela. I was born there and lived there a few years. Storms are crazy. But I love them.

message 1526: by Firefly (new)

Firefly (fireflys12) | 256 comments We don't get very violent storms up here in New England. Thunder and lightning storms, and the occasional hurricane that doesn't do too much damage whatsoever.... we have had a section of our street flooded, but that was because it was the bridge over the river.

message 1527: by Amanda (new)

Amanda (wordfitlyspoken) | 158 comments We had that sort of storm a couple weeks ago down here, when Tropical Storm Colin was coming through... :)

message 1528: by Alyssa (new)

Alyssa | 410 comments Yesterday it was pouring! We had youth, and the speaker had to keep telling us to not look out the window. :P And my friend's mom who was driving us hates (refuses?) to drive in rain or snow. Fun.

message 1529: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments SERIOUS question. I really hope I'm not the only one on here. Who else here is obsessed with musicals?! I need to know. I need more friends who love musicals! You can be obsessed with just one, I don't care. XD

message 1530: by gabi (new)

gabi | 358 comments A'laura, I'm your friend. XD I LOVE musicals. Though I don't know many and I haven't really seen many. I really really love the music to Hamilton. I know a bit of the Wicked music. I want to learn more!!!

message 1531: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments YAY!! I have a top 10 list! If you ever want great musical recommendations, come to me XD
1. Newsies (I SAW THE FIRST NATIONAL TOUR OF THIS!!!)
2. Les Miserables
3. Phantom of the Opera
4. Hamilton (my uncle saw this and said it was utter perfection)
5. Chicago (saw this a few weeks ago)
6. Jersey Boys (saw this on tour)
7. Brigadoon
8. Fiddler on the Roof (saw this too)
9. Into the Woods
10. On the Town

I've got this musical thing down! Haha!

message 1532: by gabi (new)

gabi | 358 comments AWESOME! Thanks for the list. Now I'm going to have to find a way to see all of these... Oh, I forgot, I did see Into the Woods. I loved Johnny Depp's part!

message 1533: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments The ones I said I saw, I saw in a theatre, like, actual Broadway stars. It makes me go happy. But I've seen all of them for the movies (except Hamilton...)

message 1534: by gabi (new)

gabi | 358 comments THAT IT JUST PLAIN AMAZING! I would love to go to a Broadway musical for like an end of high school celebration. I love the Hamilton music (It's on Spotify!), but there is some language.

message 1535: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments Yeah. I'm pretty sure every musical has language. If you are huge on no language, don't watch Jersey Boys. Just a fair warning.

message 1536: by H.M.R. (new)

H.M.R. (mybookcaseandi) | 381 comments I adore musicals!!!! Me and my sister sing songs from musicals All. The. Time. I really like Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Sound of Music, and you can't forget The Fiddler on the Roof! I really want to see Newsies sometime! I have a ton of their songs on Spotify, but sadly, have never seen it. :'(

message 1537: by Brie (new)

Brie Donning (briedonning) | 199 comments The only musicals I really know are Fiddler on the Roof and the Sound of Music. Both which I've seen live. A friend of mine played Gretel, the youngest. Said friend is 17 now.

message 1538: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments The Newsies 1st National Tour (aka Toursies) is what I saw and its ending in August. The show isn't closing yet though, thank God!!

message 1539: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 342 comments I love musicals! Annie was my childhood obsession. And Phantom is the best! I also love Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver!, Sound of Music, and Into the Woods, plus probably a few others I can't remember right now. And then lots of Disney movies are musicals and I LOVE those. :D I've seen local performances of Annie and Into the Woods and I was in Wizard of Oz when I was 5 and Oliver! when I was 6, but I haven't seen any actually on Broadway. Never been to New York, actually. I've avoided Hamilton for language and I don't know which Les Mis songs to skip.

message 1540: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments I think there's 2 Les Mis songs to skip. I can't remember off the top of my head.

I've seen MANY local shows, been in many local shows (high school and community theatre) and I've seen some college shows and traveling Broadway shows.

Oh of course Disney movies!! But I don't really count them. I mean, Newsies is Disney, but it doesn't seem Disney. Not at all.

message 1541: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 342 comments I count Disney...they have songs, don't they?

I've thought of more. Annie Get Your Gun was pretty good and Singin' in the Rain and Showboat and Easter Parade and The King and I and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and My Fair Lady and White Christmas and Scrooge and Holiday Inn. Carousel was stupid, though. And how about Lyle the Kindly Viking? "But it's a musical." ;)

message 1542: by Hannah (new)

Hannah (readingrogers) | 41 comments Has anyone seen the movie "Into the Woods"? Am I the only one who was utterly disappointed by it?

message 1543: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 342 comments I was disappointed by it. The play is SO much better.

message 1544: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments Yes!!! I forgot about Singin' in the Rain!!! I love that musical!!!

Yes Disney has songs, but they come in a different musical category for me! XD

message 1545: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments Oh, I was also disappointed by Into the Woods too. I liked Johnny Depp though!

message 1546: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 342 comments Disney seems to be in a different category for most Broadway enthusiasts. I'm not that picky.

message 1547: by A'laura (new)

A'laura Pyeatt | 163 comments True.

Side note. Anyone else a huge fan of Tom Hiddleston? (Loki in Thor, if no one knows)

message 1548: by Brie (new)

Brie Donning (briedonning) | 199 comments I've seen Annie too, only as a movie though. I have a friend whi was/is acting in a production of it, but she lives nowhere remotely nearby.

message 1549: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 342 comments Which movie? The 90s Disney one is decent, though still not as good as the play.

message 1550: by gabi (new)

gabi | 358 comments I'm a fan of Tom Hiddleston (I love how he plays Loki.), but I wouldn't say that I'm a huge fan.
