Save the Planet! discussion

So, I was thinking, if we only talk about saving the planet, that's no use. We should be doing what we're talking about!

So, here's what's happening. Every week or so, everyone in the group will do something that will help the Earth. Even little things count! You used colder water than you usually do when you showered, you recycled, turned off the light when you left the room or simpler than that. You will post what you did. If you know someone else(in person) from the group, you can work with them! Some ideas are:
Plant trees
Persuade others to recycle, or help the planet
Recycle
Turn the light off
Save paper
And much, much more. The program begins next week, starting on October 4th, 2009.

i recycle practically everyday. i guess i could recycle paper more...

Another way to help the planet is to save energy. That means to not go on the computer so long, continuously charge your iPod when it's already full or watch TV for no apparent reason, when you have homework.
