I have read 9 books already in February. Can I use them for this challenge or should I have a clean slate starting today? No worries either way :)

Any book that you started and finished on or after February 1st can be used :)

If you started the book before February 1st, but finished it in February, you can use it for page points only. Just let me know what the amount of pages you read in February.

Here are the books I am currently reading in case they work for anything:

From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Hench by Natalie Zina Walschots
The Book of Dragons by Jonathan Strahan
Murder at Morningside by Sandra Bretting
My Darling Duke by Stacy Reid

I don't see any open slots on the SS so I can wait until we get assigned a new clue

Personally I would say if there is a non-finished book in the SS, but someone has finished a book that would work, we should use the finished book. That way we can get new clues sooner. What does the rest of the team think?

I agree, if its finished, then go ahead and replace it on the sheet

I will go back and write up reviews for the books I finished in February. Once I do, should I enter them into the banked books tab on the SS?

If you have anything that works for N, I or G you can take those spots otherwise place them in the banked tab!

Perfect! I have completed books that work for I and G. I will write up the reviews on my lunch break today :)

New clue! The only thing I saw that could fit is “The Black Key”

DANG IT! I finally finish a book and my letters are garbage!

If your letters doesn't fit the current guess, you can always wait for the next one and post it then if it works for it :)

Alright I finally wrote my reviews and posted for the last two letters. We'll get our new book soon.

I’m so sorry team! I didn’t realize that reviews were a component of these reading challenges. I’m finding I have limited free time these days so would much rather focus on reading books than writing reviews.

That being said - Alaina, I can stay on until you find a replacement for me! :)

I have a completed book for the letter B. Let me know if you would like me to replace the book that is on the SS!

I would suggest that if books are complete you should post that way you aren’t stuck waiting. That’s just my two cents though. I’ve seen some teams claiming letters after they have read and reviews and other claim with currently reading books. Just depends on what works best for that team.

For team jazz, we just add our books to the banked tab. Whether it’s currently reading or read and reviewed. That way if someone’s on we can post for the letters that are open and hopefully move to a new word.

That makes sense! Diana, I moved your B book to banked books. Hope that’s okay!

Okay so Diana actually posted for B before Navi did... but since Navi's really only works for B in your word. I'm going to move Diana's to H. Kelly I'm moving your H book to the banked tab. If you finish 'The Bitterwine Oath' before Aneta finished 'Odin's Child' I would suggest you post it for O.
