I need to delete my book. My ex-wife continues to write fake negative reviews daily. So far she has written 51. I have reported this issue through the help/contact us site weeks ago several times and never heard back. My only solution now is to delete as her fake reviews lower my book rating and sales. Thank you.

In spite of several requests, the current mods have not changed the name of this folder, causing newer members to believe that Goodreads staff are involved with this group. They aren't, not anymore.

try the librarians - we do not have authority to change anything on someone else's pages.

J., could you as mod please change the name of this folder? People will continue to post here with requests for edits otherwise.

Lethe - suggestion for a different name - I do agree that "Ask Goodreads" is not useful but looking at the folders already there leaves me wondering what I should call it - maybe "General Discussions"

Yes, I think "General Discussions" would be good. And maybe add a sticky post "Please read" in which it is explained that staff is no longer involved with this group, and in which you could also post links to the Librarians Group (https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... ) and Support (https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta... )
