Manal | 25 comments Gerald's Game was written by Stephen King in 1992. The author writes a suspense/ thriller story about a husband who dies from a heart attack while his wife is handcuffed to the bed. I really enjoyed the book more than the movie because in the book you get to know what's going on in the wife's head. I also really enjoy being able to create and imagine my own scenario based on how the author describes the settings and characters. The book went into way more details about both the settings and plot and it almost felt as if you were there and that you really knew the characters. The suspense in the book is greatly built up, not to fast or not to slow. I rate this book a 5.
