Well, there are a few ways, you can read as a whole of the group and people can choose to participate, but in the past no ones decided to opt in, and you can go to the buddy read thread to say you want to read book X Y or Z and someone can comment they want to read with you. from there, you can talk in that thread about that book (generally its a specific amount of chapters you read at a time, and then you reconvene to talk about it, than repeat) or you can PM about the book and so on

Its pretty easy, if i want to talk to aud faster i use that.
