Many, many years ago when I knew several New Agey women I was inspired to write a short SF story describing my ideal woman. Several years later, I unsuccessfully entered a 48-hour writing contest. Thinking back to my first short story, I wrote an SF novella about an interspecies ideal relationship. That led to a short story about one of the characters in the contest novella. Somewhere in there, I started wondering about the universe I had put them in. The final step was "Star Wars". I realized that I knew of no equivalent fictional history of our own galaxy. I decided such a history could be a frame work for my stories. I started 200,000 years ago. The first book was "Pygmalion Conspiracy".
