Focus more upon striving to continuously improve upon technical writing, promotional, and marketing knowledge and skills rather than aggressively soliciting or offering some type of compensation or reciprocation for reviews.

If someone is sincere and truly interested in reading and posting a review of your work, they will purchase a copy. Keep in mind that generic reviews are personal, and therefore subjective, opinions. One reader's Best book ever! may very well be another reader's Worst book ever! which is why many astute readers seldom, if ever, allow a review to influence their purchasing choices one way or the other.
