This thread is to discuss The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown, the third book of the The Robert Langdon series.

Everyone reads at their own pace during a Buddy Read. Because participants can be at different parts of the book at different times, it is extremely important to mark spoilers so that the book is not ruined for someone who is not as far along as others!!!

Mark spoilers by placing {spoiler} before the text and {/spoiler} after the text but use the < and > instead of the { and }.

I agree! It feels like I actually know him and he’s just telling what’s happening in his life.

I’ll be reading this book later this month, since I first take part of the Readathon :)

Wow, 18 hours is long!! I want to read some other books first, and then I’ll get started on this one.

Oh wow, that’s a lot in a short time! I’m glad you’re enjoying it so far :)
I’ll be starting this book next week, since I have some other books I want to read first.

Hey, it's understandable that you're going to do that. It's okay, reading should indeed be a hobby and not a part time job! I'm glad we did read the first 3 books together though :). Hopefully, reading will become a hobby again for you!

Hi Ilse! I forgot to change my setting to view my notifications till not that I logged in on my desktop.
I'm finishing this book since I fell behind with The Davinci Code. I start Inferno in mid-May and be on track to continue with Origin.

Since some of you are still reading this book, I'm moving this topic to the May Buddy Reads folder; this will now be archived with the rest of the May reads.
