Hi! Could this be one of the Nightworld books by L.J. Smith? My best guess would be either Black Dawn, The Chosen, or Dark Angel

I remember in one scene of the book, the main girl says, "Gabriel, like the angel?" bc the guy named Gabriel is kinda a jerk.
In another scene, she gets hurt on her knee and the blonde guy heals her while they're sitting on the stairs (?). And she freaks out a little bc she kinda likes him.
Also, in another scene, the guy named Gabriel is hungry and out of energy or something so she follows him and he sucks some of her energy out (or maybe he sucks her blood, I can't really remember) and she gets a glimpse inside his head. They're standing on like a hill in this scene and I think they're on a trip with the rest of the teens. Also, the main girl likes the Gabriel boy.
