Hello Everyone! Let's discuss the book as we read! Sorcery of thorns is our April BOTM, and I sincerely hope that we get to really discuss and read this book together, because this place feels soo immensely deserted :(
Also, this month we celebrate world book day! I am excited about that! And Happy Reading!!!
No idea if anyone else has read it, but I thought it was pretty good. The world-building blended familiar tropes with unique elements successfully. The main characters were distinct and layered. The villain was convincing, which really helps. The plot was decent. Overall, I'm glad this was the BOTM, because it was definitely a worthwhile read, but I might not have known about it otherwise.
I read this last year and really enjoyed the story! (view spoiler)[ The ending was a little confusing and I wish it didn't end the way it did because now I'm curious to know what happened to Silas... (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I kind of forgot that happened, but I totally agree. I went to find out if there was a sequel and was pretty disappointed when there wasn't. I guess I just banished that part from my brain. (hide spoiler)]
