I support it because we shouldn't judge people's personal decisions, it's not our place. And obviously I'm not going to hate on them or put them "lower" then me, because they are all human just like us and don't need to be treated differently. God wouldn't us to do that to anybody.

This has always been a difficult question for me to answer. I am Christian, so I believe that God intended for men and women to be together. I think that is the best way. However, I do support other people loving who they want to love and think they should have equal rights. They should not be horribly mistreated simply because of who they choose to love or how they identify. It is not my place to tell another person what they should or should not do, so while I might not agree with their choices, I still treat them with respect and kindness. I think nowadays a lot of people interpret someone with different beliefs than them as someone they should hate. I have several friends who are queer, and despite believing that their way is not God’s way, I still love them and treat them the same way I would any of my straight friends. They are people, just like you and me, and lovely people at that. Jesus died on the cross for all of us because we are all sinners. At the end of the day, I just think that we should respect everyone even if their beliefs differ from ours. That is, in my opinion, the thing Jesus would (and did!) do.

Exactly, I support it but don't necessarily agree with it.
but how can you support it if you don't agree with it?
i understand that we don't have to hate them or judge them but i dont think we should support themafter all it s a sin (leveticus 18:22 NCV ‘You must not have sexual relations with a man as you would a woman. That is a hateful sin.) and i don't think any of you support criminals
So, it’s also a hard question for me to a answer also. I don’t necessarily support the community, but I’m not going to do something to try and stop them. Like, I don’t support the belief, it’s not something I believe in, but it’s out there, so I can’t really do anything about it. One of my dance teachers was gay and he was one of the most amazing teachers I’ve ever had. Even though I didn’t support what he believed in, I still loved him. They have a belief just like we do, and some of them are actually Christians just like us, only they have a different perspective. And Gwyneth is right, we should not hate on them. I’m not going to try and change someone, they chose that path and they can do that. They’re humans just like us, and I don’t have a big problem with it. That’s my opinion :)

Well you can support people because you love them, not because you agree with them. For example: Say your friend liked to sing and her dream was to go on Americas Got Talent or something. She was a really good singer but personally you didn't like her voice and didn't think she could make it. Even if you disagreed with the fact that she thinks she can make it on AGT, you would still support her out of love for her right?
