Misattribution: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." - NOT (quite) Aristotle

We are what we repeatedly do. Education is a progressive discovery of our own ignorance. Civilization exists by geological consent, subject to change without notice. To speak ill of others is a dishonest way of praising ourselves. Civilization begins with order, grows with liberty and dies with chaos. (not on Goodreads)
Bumping up for a Super to take a look at.
This is a very popular quote, often quoted in business circles. The use of commas around interjecting bridging words is especially suspect of ancient Greek, but, then, makes perfect sense in, well, English.

It appears that it is not a direct translation, but is more conclusive and in light of Aristotle's works. The text first appears in Will Durant's book, "The Story of Philosophy".

Secondly, it appears as though this quote already exists in two forms already with the correct attribution: once with "Excellence" and another as "Greatness".

(also missing punctuation)
I don't have the original text to know which is the correct quote.
